My Slow Stitching Sunday....

I have #2 block finished and I've started on #3.
This is going to be one of those quiet cloudy days and just perfect for a nap later and a day spent stitching up some hexies.
Here's a pic of both of my finished blocks.   That left one seems to have fallen into the cushion.  haha   It's an optical illusion.... they really are both the same size.
I'm heading over to Kathy's blog to link to her Slow Stitching Sunday.
I hope you're having a great day. Glad you stopped by.....Linda

    1. I know!! That's crazy isn't it? I thought about retaking the picture but then decided I'd wait until I had some of the background sewn on it.
Thanks for the compliment. Glad you stopped by.

  4. A little hand stitching and a nap sounds like a Sunday afternoon well spent. The orange fabric is perfect for a little bit of spice in your blocks.

    1. Yes and I started it all off with coffee on the patio listening to the birds singing. Once I sat down to stitch it didn't take long for that nap to take over. Thanks for stopping by and I hope your day was relaxing too.

  6. Great mix of colors. Too funny that the blue looks so much bigger. Hope the nap was as relaxing as the hexie sewing.

    1. Oh yes Deb. The nap was just what I needed. I was then able to almost finish one more triangle. Now today it's back to my machine. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.
