It's Design Wall Monday at Patchwork Times.....

I love my Go cutter!!
It would have taken me hours and hours to cut all these tumblers if I would have had to do them with a ruler and rotary.
With the Go all I had to do was layer assorted fabrics and run them through the cutter and TaDa!
Cut perfectly!
Even the dogears are gone and it's a breeze to line them up and chain piece the rows.
I do have at least half of the rows sewn together but I stopped for the weekend.
So now today I'm ready to get back to sewing while I ponder what I want to do for the borders.  Hummmm??

Our winter weather has moved in sooner than they had predicted.  The snow has started and the ground is now completely white.  Total accumulation for our area:  6to10 inches OR 5to8 inches....so does one or two inches really make that much difference???
Right about now I'm really ready to find that "Groundhog" and whack it upside the head!

Stay warm!!
Thanks for stopping by....

  2. I might need to get the tumbler die. I did a tumbler quilt a while back and it DID take forever to cut it all out. I love the brown and gold.

  4. I love your tumbler quilt. I wish I had thought of that idea. I couldn't think of anything I thought would look good in all browns so I am skipping this month's challenge. Yours looks great!

We just got a little dustings from the last several storms, I hope this trend maintains up until it decides to quit snowing completely....hopefully soon.

  9. Everytime I see a tumbler or circle quilt I want a GO and you are not helping. And I do understand about winter. But here my hydrangias are budding so I will be happy if your winter stays away.
