Table Topper...

After I had made the Halloween placemats and runner for our guild auction I had a lot of the fabric and scraps left over.


So the other day I started playing with some of the leftover blocks and came up with this.

Aren't those skeletons cute?
I had just enough of this fabric left so I could cut them lengthwise without having to piece them.  I'm still thinking about what I want to make to use the rest of this fabric.   I do know I'll be making some coasters but they certainly won't use up much fabric.

<<<This is the final table topper.  Size 39"x39".  Just the right size for my dining table.

Monday......

.... And my wall is empty.  These last couple of days I did manage to get the binding made and attached on the table topper for our Guilds Auction.   Another finish feels good.

This is my #2 auction item. 

The Quilt Bugs did the quilting for me.  A simple meander.

It measures 40" square 

So now I'm working on getting my last guild auction item quilted.  (the halloween placemats and runner).

I have a finish to cross off my Hope List for our Leisurely Race to Christmas!!

My "Deck The Halls" is now a completed table topper.

Sorry about the sun glare but I was in a hurry to get the picture taken so I could dish up my dinner.   Later when I saw the pic I realized I didn't do a very good job of smoothing out the ripples.  

Size approximately 37" x 40".
