Good Monday morning!  The string blocks worked!!  I was hoping I would come up with a new quilt if I just relaxed and sewed mindlessly on my string blocks.
Riviera II Quilting Fabric  I now have a new quilt started and I'm loving it so far.

 Connecting Threads came out with this new updated collection called Riviera II.   I love these fabrics.  ALL of them!!  Soooo of course I sent off an order immediately and I  knew exactly what I was going to make with them.

This is as far as I've gotten but I wanted to show you these blocks.  The last strip will be sewn on each block and I'll show you the completed blocks later ..... along with the pattern.

    How totally cool! I made my "Jelly Beans" quilt with "Riviera I" - and absolutely LOVE the FUN colors. Now I think I NEED to order some "Riviera II" - ;))
