I'll be linking to So Scrappy and
I've done a bit of sewing on the Yellow/Black blocks and changed my mind about the layout. Even after I've sewn several blocks into rows I'm still second guessing my layout. Sheesh!! Be still mind!!
And I've spent a little time trying to clean up my sewing space and move around a small shelving unit so it will hold my newest toy. I've had my eye on this machine for a couple of years now & finally decided to just go for it! So it's now out of the box and set up. Now to study the book and do something with it. I want to make my quilt labels with it for starters. And lots of ideas are floating around in my head.
But for now..... I'm wishing you a great day. And stitch happy!
Still working on my RSC blocks but mine are a bit more turquoise. Yours are so soft and pretty. Thanks for sharing with Oh Scrap and have fun with your new toy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Cynthia. I thought I was going to use turquoise too but when I started pulling scraps I just didn't have as many asst ones as I wanted so I ended up with these light ones. I'm glad. And I think my new toy is intimidating me. I just sit and look at it. LOL
DeleteYour blocks are pretty - I love the pattern on the first one. From one Linda to another, congrats on the new machine!
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda. I'm glad I chose these two blocks for the Rainbow challenge. I look forward to making them each month.
DeleteSuch lovely blocks.
ReplyDeleteThanks. And thanks for stopping by.
